Liz Vocasek Coaching & Consulting, LLC is a dynamic, woman-founded and owned practice dedicated to empowering people, teams, and organizations to live, work, and learn by design—not default. With a design-centered and systems-thinking approach, I partner with clients to clarify what matters, make informed decisions, and build intentional pathways forward.
For individuals, this means career and life design—crafting purposeful, values-aligned choices that create momentum and confidence. For organizations and teams, it means reimagining workplace and group experiences, strengthening culture, and designing systems where people and collaboration thrive.
Because community, creativity, inclusion, growth, and fun drive how I work, I also make space for exploration, reflection, and equity access options for those with financial constraints—especially people in nonprofits, caregiving, education, or career transition. How It All Started
For nearly eight years, I offered coaching and consulting under the name Liz Vocasek Coaching & Consulting—partnering with individuals and organizations to design careers, lives, learning experiences, and systems that fit their needs. In December 2023, I officially took the leap and formalized the business.
Along the way, I recognized that the same principles I used for individual growth and career design also transform how people learn, collaborate, and thrive together. Whether supporting personal transitions, professional development, or organizational strategies, my focus is on creating approaches and environments that align with values and foster sustainable growth.
Today, Liz Vocasek Coaching & Consulting, LLC is a thriving small business dedicated to empowering people and organizations to live, work, and learn by design—not default.
