Liz Vocasek Coaching & Consulting, LLC is a dynamic, woman-founded and owned coaching and consulting business committed to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. I take a design-centered approach to help clients craft purposeful, meaningful careers and build thriving workplace cultures. How It All Started

For nearly eight years, I had been offering coaching and consulting under the name Liz Vocasek Coaching & Consulting, guiding individuals and organizations to create careers, lives, and learning experiences that fit their needs. But it wasn’t until December 2023 that I went all in and did the paperwork.

Along the way, I also realized that the principles I used for personal growth could translate to the workplace—where employee engagement and positive workplace experiences are key to organizational success. Whether for individuals or teams, my work helps create environments and strategies that are aligned with values and designed for sustainable success.

Today, Liz Vocasek Coaching & Consulting, LLC is a thriving small business design to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. While based in Fort Lauderdale, we work globally with individuals and organizations, helping clients design meaningful careers and thriving workplace cultures.
